Air Fryer or Oven Baked Simple Crispy Cod

Reallllly simple crispy fish from a non-cook. I like it plain, my husband prefers it with some sort of sauce, but I am a true believer in what I call a ‘base’ recipe that you can use in many forms. This fish is great as a fish ‘sandwich’ because the top is so crispy. It is not oily, just crispy. Yum! Enjoy!

  1. Hi. Thank you for your comment from this old post. This site is not a company, so I do not have anyone who edits my posts so I do the best I can with the time I have available. 4 Tbsp are equivalent to 1/4 cup, so it is not incorrect, but I have edited the post to make that more clear. Hope you enjoy the cod! I still make this recipe frequently…sometimes in the air fryer and sometimes in a pan or I bake it in an oven.
