Quick & Cute Crustless Quiche (Made In 8 Minutes In Your Air Fryer!)

I have been making all kinds of eggs almost daily in my air fryer. I am going to try to share some of my favorites this week. I shall start with what I call a ‘fancy omelette’ also known as a crustless quiche. We do eat with our eyes first, so sometimes, it is nice to dress up your food.ย

You’ll need to adjust your ingredients, and possibly the cooking time, for the size and type of ramekin you use.ย My ramekins are big ones as I only wanted to buy them once.

(They were bought a few years ago from Sur La Table with Chocolate Lava Cakes in mind)

A traditional quiche would have a crust & I may try one in the future, but I wanted to try a fancier version of an omelette I have made many times. I suppose these could be baked in an oven, but I am not sure of how long I would cook it…besides, no preheating with the air fryer.
