🍳I love eggs! Oh, how I love eggs! 🍳
♨️Scrambling an egg takes about 30 seconds to scramble and then just a few minutes to cook on the stove or 20-30 seconds to microwave.♨️
Now, how about eggs 🥚 & 🥑 avocado? Oh, yes….a winning combo…Add some crackers? Oh, yes..now, we are building something nibble-worthy!
🔷Recipe for my Avocado Egg Snack Plate🔷
(also known as my Avocado Egg Breakfast Plate)
- Scramble one egg (2 sp)
- Mash 1 oz of avocado (1sp)
- Layer Egg & Avocado onto 4 Club Crackers (2sp)
- Add a pinch of salt to the top of each layer
- Garnish with carrots, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and 🍇 grapes (for a bit of sweet)
- Garnish with chives (not the grapes)
