  1. Hi, John! I feel that life is about Progress not Perfection….and it sounds like you are ready to start this year off with some new focus. I am also all about small steps (like the small weekly water challenge), so start with that and build upon your successes each day. One day at a time and all the small changes will add up.   2. This is new to me but I knew I had to do something more purposefully in order to sustain my weight loss and get to my goal weight and sustain for life. Thanks for this. I will do my best to follow your program and will chart my progress as often as I can. I’m not much for the daily charting thing but realize it’s necessary. I have gone from a starting weight of 226 lbs to my current weight of 180 lbs since July 2018. I was down to 172 but it was dependent on my daily excersizing which was very aggressive. I developed a very painful hernia in my lower left abdomen and for the last 4 weeks have not been able to excersize. I had surgery the day after Christmas so I’m in the healing process. I’m chomping at the bit to get back to excersizing but realize it will probably be a couple more weeks before I can get back to it. I know there is more to this than excersize so need a better plan to make it all work. I’m starting with your water challenge and will try to get in at least 80 ounces of water each day. I will make this happen. I’m determined. Thanks again for all your help and support.

I greatly appreciate the work you have put into the various challenges and print outside and hope they will help me keep my focus to get off those last few pounds to free Lifetime status!
