✳️ Weekly Challenge 6 of 61: Short Month, Quick Picks Challenge:  Select 3 Small Goals for this week or month

February is only 28 days, choose 3 mini-goals that you can 100% completely crush this month and list a one-sentence mini-action plan as to HOW you will crush them. The beginning of a month is the best time to set yourself up for success. Goals can be long term or short term. The 28 days in February inspired me to make this a month to crush some short term goals.

Ideas for Short Term Mini-Goals:

  1. Drink More Water
  2. Walk More Steps
  3. Exercise One Extra Day This Month or Week
  4. Lose 2 Pounds
  5. Sleep an Extra 30 Minutes Per Night
  6. Stop Eating at a Certain Time Each Night
  7. Meal Prep 1 Meal a Week
  8. Select a Date for a Future Vacation
  9. Clean Out a Junk Drawer
  10. . Reorganize a Closet

Consider jotting your goals and mini-plan down in a digital note on your phone, a paper journal, or download my February worksheet for all of this month’s weekly challenges.

A possible template for how to list your goals could look like this:

Setting these crushable goals should take from 5 minutes to no longer than 15 minutes because if it takes longer than that, the likelihood is that the goals are long-term vs. short-term. Keep it simple. You’ve got this! Go! Go! Go!
