No fancy tracker needed. Carry your phone with you to track the steps or simply note the time you spend walking each day. Set a goal or just glance at how much you walk the day before and walk a little more.
That’s it. Pick a start date and go go go!

You could walk 100 steps more each day.
You could walk 5 minutes more each day witch would add up to an extra 35 minutes by the end of the week.
