I bet you can do anything for 5 days. ✅In preparation for the June 1st start of the #90dayreadysetsummerchallenge, I am getting into the right mindset with a 5 Day mini-tracking challenge. Start on whatever day is good for you. Track the good, the bad, and the ugly. All nibbles and small tastes for the next five days. You could choose to also track fitness goals if you want. You could make it a 5 blue dots in a row challenge (if you are a WW member). Or…
Already track your food and fitness? Track a new habit you want to start for 5 days in a row. Track the multivitamins you take (or want to start taking). Track whether you used sunscreen or not for the next 5 days. Tracking for a short period of time can be the start of a new habit or could help you break a non-productive habit. Use a tracking app like ‘Strides’, a written journal, or a fitness/calorie counting app like ‘My Fitness Pal’, ‘Lose It’, or ‘Fitbit’ (you can download the Fitbit App without owning a Fitbit). Is all that too complicated? Just use the ‘note’ feature on your phone and track via your own note to yourself.
Anyway – Personally, I will be tracking every bite of food from today (Monday) to Friday in preparation of Saturday’s June 1st start date to my 90 day challenge. I currently use Lose It and the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) app. Let me know in the comments if you plan to join me this week!
